June 15, 1894: "In the matter of the Eagle Creek bridge it is ordered that the expense account of $96.30 be paid out of county fund." (Oregon City Enterprise)
November 11, 1898: "The Eagle Creek bridge near Mr. Alspaugh's mill, is under repairs and will be ready for travel again soon." (Oregon City Enterprise)
November 18, 1898: "In the matter of the bill of J.E. McCoy for repairing Eagle creek bridge, it was ordered that he be paid $100 until bridge is inspected by Commissioner Morton." (Oregon City Courier=Herald)
September 29, 1899: "Sealed bids will be received at the clerk's office for rep[airing the Eagle Creek bridge on the Currinsville road as follows:
For a new approach at north end of said bridge, 45 feet high and about 160 feet long; also one at south end 20 feet high and about 30 feet long; also two undersills under north pier, main bent, and two under south bent; also two east posts on south bent to be spliced.
Bids will be opened on Thursday, October 5th, 1899, at 2 o'clock p.m.
The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Elmer Dixon, Clerk, by E.H. Cooper, Deputy." (Oregon City Courier=Herald)
October 20, 1899: "In the matter of bids for the repairing the Eagle Creek bridge. The time having arrived for opening said bids which were as follows, to wit: J.E. McCoy.......$897; W,S. Payne.......750; Morris & Olds........712 ; C. Dauchy......525.
And the bid of C. Dauchy being the lowest and best bid it was ordered the contract for repairing, said bridge was given to C. Dauchy for $575, the $50 extra being for part of the work he had not figured on. And the county clerk is hereby authorized to contract with said C. Dauchy for same. And it is further ordered that Commissioner Morton be instructed to inspect said bridge and the timber therein and accept same when completed." (Oregon City Courier=Herald)
November 8, 1901: "C.H. Dauchy, of Parkplace, is repairing the lower Eagle Creek bridge." (Oregon City Enterprise)
